  18. 1. Installation and uninstallation of software
  19.  
  20. To install the program, from Windows 3.1 select File|Run or from Windows 95
  21. Start|Run.  If your MPM diskette is in drive A:, write in the file name box
  22.  
  23.              A:\install
  24.  
  25. Respond as required to the prompts.  The software is thus installed.
  26.  
  27. To remove or uninstall the software from your system, in the samew way as 
  28. above, write in the file name box 
  29.  
  30.              A:\uninstal
  31.  
  32. This removes the software from your hard disk.

  85. This is a version for evaluation only.  It is fully functional and has all
  86. the features of the registered version.  It can be copied and distributed 
  87. freely, as long as  no fee is charged for this, except to cover reasonable
  88. expenses.

  90. Please note that a printed manual is no longer available for the registered 
  91. version. However, the on-screen manual is quite elaborate and a filed copy 
  92. of the manual is included in the diskette in the rich text format (RTF).  
  93. This can be loaded into you wordprocessor and printed from there.

  96. 3. Price of software
  97.  
  98. The price of one single copy of the full program MPM is US$ 120, to which
  99. should be added US$ 10 for handling, packaging and  delivery by air mail.
  100. The total is thus US$ 130.  For larger orders, a discount is available.

  102. Prices are valid until 31 December 1996 and may be adjusted thereafter.

  104. 4. How to order
  105.  
  106. Payment can be made by check in US$ or UK£ at current rate of exchange, or
  107. international money order, in all cases payable to Borje Kyrklund. Companies
  108. can also by sending a purchase order, be invoiced the amount.

  110. To order, print the registration form included in the file mpm2.reg on the 
  111. diskette by typing, at the dos prompt, and assuming that your diskette is in
  112. drive A:

  114.                   copy a:mpm2.reg prn (Enter).

  116. Complete the form and send it, together with your check or money order to:

  122. You can also call the registration form by selecting  "Print registration"
  123. in the "Help" option of the opening menu of the program.  Complete the form 
  124. and print from the notpad, by selecting "File|Print".

  129. a printed manual is no longer available.
